Cardinal Health is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to support the PD business during a global ERP transformation. The role emphasizes post-go-live support, close process coordination, and strong controls.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in accounting, supervisory experience, and a CPA is preferred. Hybrid work in Dublin, OH with some remote options across ET zones. Competitive benefits and salary are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• 3+ years corporate and/or public accounting experience in related field, preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience.
• CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-go-live accounting support and issue resolution during Hypercare.
• Coordinate close process reviews and validation activities for accurate posting and results.
• Develop and execute monitoring controls to detect errors and support remediation.
• Partner with Accounting, IT and Project teams to track and resolve ERP issues.
• Establish sustainable long-term controls and detective reporting to mitigate risk.
• Support accounting operations and special projects with PD Accounting teams.
• Build deep knowledge of accounting processes and ERP functionality to assess impacts.
• Take ownership of deliverables from start to finish with documentation and workpapers.
• Proactively manage priorities and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and execution discipline; minimize rework.
• Ensure compliance with SOX requirements.
• Perform other PD Accounting close duties as needed.
