Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combined with related experience in erosion control and enforcement.
• Minimum 4 years of enforcement, plan review, inspections and related field experience.

Responsibilities

• Enforce erosion control, floodplain development, and watershed protection ordinances.
• Review plans for compliance using electronic plan review tools.
• Perform on-site inspections of residential and commercial projects to ensure compliance.
• Document enforcement actions and track penalties and appeals.
• Maintain GIS database for active projects and report metrics monthly.
