Job summary

Greenrise Technologies is hiring a Crew Member-Driver for erosion control services on residential and commercial sites. You will install silt fence, inlet protections, slope matting, and operate a work truck under the Crew Leader’s direction.

This role suits motivated individuals who enjoy outdoor, physical work and value reliability. Opportunities exist to advance to a Crew Leader with a clean driving record and commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to meet insurance requirements.
• Ability to listen well and follow directions.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills working as part of a team.
• Commitment to customer service and professional conduct.
• Reliable and punctual attendance.
• Physically fit and able to work long days outdoors.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic ability to read and write legibly.
• High character, honesty and integrity essential.
• Must work independently at times and take initiative.
• Experience with erosion control installations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review daily work schedule with Crew Leader each morning.
• Assist with loading trucks with installation materials each morning.
• Drive company work truck to and from worksites, obeying traffic laws.
• Represent Greenrise Technologies professionally to customers.
• Complete erosion control work to a high standard of excellence.
• Follow safety protocols for vehicles, equipment, or site conduct.
• Install erosion control products as directed by crew leader.
• Communicate with operations managers and crew members.
• Achieve daily and weekly goals for silt fence installation output.
• Ensure vehicles, tools, and equipment are maintained and inspected.
• Relay important information or concerns through proper channels.
