Job summary

AMA Consulting, LLC is seeking an experienced Electronic Records Management System (ERMS) Solution Architect to support a federal ERMS modernization initiative. The role leads design, configuration, and implementation of a COTS ERMS.

The candidate will oversee Microsoft 365 integration, records migration, retention policies, and testing, ensuring compliance with NARA, Capstone, and DoD 5015.2.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Records Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience designing, implementing, or configuring ERMS.
• Experience implementing or configuring COTS enterprise software and integrating with Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Experience configuring records management workflows, metadata, retention schedules, disposition policies, dashboards, security settings, and system integrations.
• Working knowledge of Federal records requirements (NARA, Capstone, GRS, DoD 5015.2).

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of a Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) ERMS.
• Develop enterprise solution architecture supporting electronic records management, Microsoft 365 integration, and cloud-based records modernization.
• Design records management workflows, metadata structures, retention schedules, disposition rules, dashboards, and security models.
• Lead integration and migration activities, testing, and post-implementation enhancements.
