Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in risk management, business administration, computer science, engineering, finance or related area.
• 2+ years' experience in Enterprise or Operational Risk Management, preferably in financial services.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to understand management objectives, risk appetite, tolerances, and impact of changes to risk profiles.
• Proactive, independent worker with collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support design, development, implementation, and execution of risk management frameworks to identify, measure, monitor, and control enterprise-wide risks.
• Contribute to evolving risk appetite statements and associated frameworks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance workflows across RCSA, issues, and reporting as part of GRC uplift.
• Monitor risks within business units and report to risk committees, supervisors, and internal stakeholders.
• Create and maintain policies, procedures, and related documentation.
