Responsibilities

• Reviews trust instruments and benefit plans to determine the bank's responsibility as trustee.
• Consults with external customers (officers, attorneys, actuaries, beneficiaries) on account preparation and review.
• Consults with internal customers on resolution of account record keeping and transaction processing issues.
• Reviews accounts to ensure conformity to customer needs and objectives; recommends changes.
• Answers questions from customers about administration of employee benefit accounts.
• Reviews and recommends new account applications.
