ERISA/Employee Benefits Associate Attorney

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience handling transactional ERISA, employee benefit, and executive compensation matters in a law firm setting.
  • Broad understanding of ERISA, tax, and related laws pertaining to employee benefit plans.
  • Experience with ESOP transactions and advising existing ESOPs is strongly preferred.
  • Experience counseling clients on ERISA and tax implications of retirement plans, welfare plans, non-qualified deferred compensation arrangements, and employment agreements.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
