Job summary

Qualifications

• Admitted and in good standing with the California State Bar.
• At least one year of litigation experience.

• Ability to manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent employee benefit plans and participants in ERISA litigation from assessment through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery; conduct legal research; support trial and appellate work.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on a varied caseload spanning ERISA, trust funds, and related labor matters.
• Interact directly with clients, including union representatives and plan trustees.
