Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Represent employee benefit plans and participants in ERISA and benefits-related litigation, from case assessment through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery; conduct legal research; and support trial and appellate work.
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys on a varied caseload spanning ERISA, trust fund, and related labor and employment matters.
• Interact directly with clients, including union representatives and benefit plan trustees and administrators.
