Job summary

The Pittsburgh office of Dentons Cohen & Grigsby is seeking a junior associate with ERISA/employee benefits experience and strong academic credentials to join our Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation practice. The person hired for this position will be part of a dedicated team and will support the practice by assuming such responsibilities as:

Drafting welfare plan documents and summary plan descriptions; managing client relationships and a broad array of ERISA/employee benefits matters.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of ERISA/employee benefits experience is required.
• Experience with health and welfare plans, tax qualified plans, executive compensation and transactional matters is required.
• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and in good standing.
