Job summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting physical demands and ergonomic risk analyses for diverse industries and work environments
  • Utilizing ergonomic assessment tools and digital human modeling software to perform in-depth analyses and generate detailed client reports
  • Identifying, prioritizing, and recommending effective solutions to mitigate ergonomic risks
  • Leading specific project teams and contributing to the development of ergonomic standards and specifications
  • Engaging closely with clients to communicate findings and drive continuous improvement in workplace ergonomics
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in industrial ergonomics, preferably within manufacturing or related sectors
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Kinesiology, Industrial Engineering, Human Factors, Movement Science, Occupational Biomechanics, Ergonomics, or a related discipline
  • Certifications such as Associate Ergonomics Professional (AEP), Associate Ergonomist (AE), or Certified Professional Ergonomist (CPE) are a plus
  • Strong communication skills with experience in client-facing roles, presentations, and professional documentation
  • Proficiency in ergonomic analysis tools including NIOSH guidelines, Liberty Mutual Tables, ACGIH HAL-TLV, RULA, REBA, and Digital Human Modeling software
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, independently and collaboratively
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%, primarily within the U.S., with potential for global assignments
Additional Information
  • Work environments include both office settings and manufacturing plant floors
  • Flexibility to work outside of typical office hours as project needs arise
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
