Job summary

Premise is seeking a Full Time Injury Prevention Specialist to care for client employees at our Health Center in Greensboro and Liberty, NC. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule (6:30am–4pm) to support work-life balance while promoting health, safety, and productivity.

You will perform ergonomic assessments, lead movement and injury prevention training, and coordinate care with on-site medical and safety teams. A Bachelor’s in Health Sciences and CPR/First Aid training are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Health Sciences (Exercise science, kinesiology, or related field) or equivalent experience.
Current CPR certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC, or Basic Life Support.
Current hands-on training in AHA or ARC First Aid.

Responsibilities

Perform physical demand and ergonomic assessments to identify high-risk tasks and recommend preventive strategies.
Lead group and individual training on functional movement, job simulation, and injury prevention programs.
Provide client follow-up, care coordination, and performance recommendations based on movement and ergonomic principles.
Collaborate with on-site medical and safety teams to support injury prevention and wellness initiatives.
Complete documentation and administrative tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date record.
Participate in meetings and task forces as deemed necessary.
