Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field; experience preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in multi-story steel, light gauge metal, and red iron building construction.
• Licensing in NASCLA/GC preferred or pursuing/licensing evidence.

Responsibilities

• Maintains construction schedule and reports all phases of open projects.
• Manages on-site contractor relationships and ensures proper erection safety.
• Reviews change orders and estimates costs; aligns schedules with contractors.
• Negotiate implications of change orders with customers/contractors with Regional Sales Managers.
• Oversees site personnel to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with manuals and drawings.
