The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field, at least five years in multi-story steel construction, and familiarity with NASCLA or General Contractor licensing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience as a multi-story steel, light gauge metal, and red iron building construction.
• Strong knowledge of safety requirements and OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain construction schedule and reporting for all project phases.
• Provide regular project updates to departments.
• Manage on-site contractor relationships and ensure proper erection practices.
• Review change orders and estimate costs; align schedules with contractors.
• Oversee site safety and enforce safety guidelines across crews.
• Develop and maintain project cost controls and budgeting records.
