Job summary

Texas Health Resources is seeking an ERCP Technician for the GI Lab in Denton on a PRN basis. The role requires at least one day per week, typically 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with Fridays preferred but negotiable.

You will support GI procedures, collect patient data, document findings, and assist with admissions and discharges in a team-based environment. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma, 1 year GI clinical experience, and BCLS certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year GI clinical experience required.
• Previous ERCP experience preferred.
• BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care required upon hire and maintained quarterly.

Responsibilities

• Collects patient data and reports significant findings to nurse.
• Performs ERCP technician procedures safely and proficiently.
• Takes action to reduce or eliminate patient risk.
• Documents accurately and appropriately.
• Assists in admission/transfer/discharge.
• In collaboration with nurse, adapts care to age-specific considerations.
• Supports regulatory requirements.
