Job summary

Shenandoah Veterinary Associates in Roanoke, VA seeks licensed CVT/LVT/RVT for swing and overnight shifts. You will perform triage, nursing care, diagnostic sampling, catheter placement, CRIs, anesthesia maintenance and recovery, and EMR documentation with a teamwork approach.

We offer $28-36+ per hour with $8 night differential, medical/dental/vision, 2 weeks of PTO, employee care discounts, and growth opportunities, including mentoring and potential salary increases for specialty credentials.

Qualifications

• Licensed Veterinary Technician credentials required in Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Triage, patient treatment and nursing care.
• Procurement of diagnostic samples and images.
• Placement of IV catheters, use of infusion pumps, CRIs, monitoring vitals and ECG.
