Job summary

Emergency Veterinary Care Centers (EVCC) is seeking an ER Veterinary Supervisor – Day Shift to lead the clinical team during busy periods. You will supervise Nurses, Technicians, and Assistants, ensuring top-tier nursing care and smooth daily operations.

This role reports to the Hospital Manager and may include weekend coverage. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in leadership or emergency settings, strong teaching skills, and a proactive, team-first attitude.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of clinical Nursing/Technician experience preferred.
• 2+ years of leadership and/or emergency experience is a major plus.
• Energetic, positive and able to coach others.
• Strong communication and teaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily clinical team operations and supervise Nurses, Technicians, and Assistants.
• Plan and adjust clinical team schedules and assist with payroll budgets.
• Maintain EVCC nursing standards and guidelines with Medical Director input.
• Lead with the EVCC culture and participate in leadership meetings.
