Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from an accredited program is required
• Be licensed or able to be licensed in the state of Floida
• Minimum of two years of experience preferred, new grads encouraged to apply
• Surgery experience preferred
• Highly motivated, with a demonstrated passion for excellence and continuous learning
• Demonstrated commitment to ethics and integrity
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Build trust with clients and relationships with referring veterinarians
• Diagnose, treat and manage a variety of mixed animal cases
• Perform advanced surgical procedures
• Maintain a high level of client communication and patient care
• Write and maintain medical records
• Guide and utilize exceptional support staff
• Maintain a positive work environment and promote teamwork
