Job summary

BluePearl invites you to join the EmERge Program, a one-year, accelerated path to becoming an emergency veterinarian. You'll receive hands-on labs, lectures, mentoring, and real-world experience across emergency and critical care.

The program divides into boot camp, immersive training guided by a clinician mentor, and extended experiential training, with a mandatory two-year work commitment after completion. Graduates from accredited schools are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited veterinary school.
• Passed NAVLE (or pending).
• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the state of interest.

Responsibilities

• Participate in 14 weeks boot camp and initial training, including labs and case scenarios.
• Engage in 20 weeks of hands-on training guided by clinicians.
• Complete 18 weeks of experiential training with ongoing mentoring.
• Commit to a two-year work commitment after completion.
