BluePearl Pet Hospital invites you to join the EmERge Program, a one-year accelerated path into emergency veterinary medicine with hands-on labs, ER case simulations, and in-hospital rotations. From day one, you gain real-world experience, mentorship, and a supportive team that values learning and growth.

The program includes three phases—boot camp, guided clinical training, and experiential learning—followed by a two-year work commitment.

Qualifikationen

• Graduates of accredited veterinary schools are eligible to apply and must be pursuing licensure.
• Candidates may be awaiting NAVLE results or already licensed in the target state.
• Licensure or eligibility to practice in the state of interest is required or anticipated.

Aufgaben

• Join the EmERge Program with hands-on training, mentoring, and real-world experience.
• Complete three-part training: 14 weeks boot camp, 20 weeks mentor-guided practice, 18 weeks experiential training.
• Commit to a two-year employment period after training as part of the program.
