Job summary

BluePearl invites veterinary graduates to join the EmERge Program, an intensive one-year emergency veterinary training track designed to produce confident, proficient clinicians capable of delivering life-saving care for pets in crisis. From day one, participants receive hands-on training, lectures, mentoring, and real-world experience within our team.

The program is divided into three parts and includes a total two-year commitment, with 14 weeks of boot camp, 20 weeks of mentor-guided training,

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited veterinary school.
• NAVLE passed or pending.
• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the state of interest.

Responsibilities

• Complete 14 weeks of accelerated boot camp and initial training, with two weeks virtual learning and 2 weeks in-person boot camp.
• 20 weeks of hands-on, immersive training guided by a clinician mentor.
• 18 weeks of experiential training with continued mentoring and a one-year work commitment after training.

Education

Graduate of an accredited veterinary school
