Zusammenfassung

SP+ is recruiting for a valet to support the OHSU/DCH Emergency Room operations in Portland. The role features a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM shift and a pay rate of $19.00 per hour plus tips where applicable.

Prior customer service and parking experience are preferred, with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record required. You will greet patients and visitors, assist with directions, and ensure safe, efficient vehicle handling including occasional manual transmission driving.

Qualifikationen

• A valid state driver's license, current address, and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely drive a vehicle with a manual transmission (stick shift) is a plus.
• Availability to work special shifts if needed (2nd, 3rd shifts and/or weekends).
• Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S. (must provide valid documentation if hired).
• Ability to provide accurate information to customers and co-workers and respond professionally to problems.
• Ability to read, write, add, and subtract U.S. currency and comprehend short emails and memos.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and calmly adapt to changes and delays.

• Inspect every vehicle before safely parking it, noting all findings.
• Explain valet rates to customers.
• Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Report accidents, safety hazards, and policy violations to management.
• Know major streets, landmarks, and freeways to ensure a seamless experience.
• Come to work in a clean uniform, on time, and ready to work.
• Remain in complete uniform for the shift.
• Assist management with additional duties as assigned.
