SP+, a Metropolis Company, is seeking four full-time Valet Drivers for the OHSU operation in Portland, OR. The role pays $18.00 per hour plus tips, with shifts from 5:30 AM–2:00 PM or 11:30 AM–8:00 PM.

Responsibilities include parking vehicles, delivering high-quality customer service, and maintaining safety and professionalism. Candidates should have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record, be able to drive manual transmission, and be willing to work flexible shifts, including

Qualifications

Must have a valid state driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Ability to safely drive a manual transmission is a plus.
Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends.
Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S. is required.
Ability to communicate clearly with customers and coworkers and handle complaints professionally.
Ability to read, write, and perform basic currency math.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and adapt to changes.

Responsabilités

Deliver on our Promise by resolving client requests and concerns efficiently and proactively.
Inspect each vehicle before parking and note any findings.
Explain valet rates to customers.
Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices.
Report accidents, hazards, and policy violations to management.
Know local streets and landmarks to ensure smooth transportation.
Arrive on time in uniform and remain in uniform during shifts.
Assist management with assigned duties.
