Job summary

SP+ is seeking valets for the OHSU Emergency Room operation in Portland, OR. You will greet patients and visitors, drive safely, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional appearance.

The role offers a $18.00 per hour base rate with tips where applicable, and a Saturday to Wednesday shift pattern from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Qualifications include a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and previous customer service experience.

Qualifications

• A valid state driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Availability for weekend and special shifts.
• Ability to safely drive a manual transmission is a plus.
• Ability to understand and communicate clearly with customers.

Responsibilities

• Resolve client requests promptly and communicate proactively with clients.
• Inspect each vehicle before parking and note findings.
• Explain valet rates to customers.
• Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Report accidents, hazards, and policy violations to management.
• Know local streets and landmarks for a seamless experience.
• Come to work in a clean uniform, on time, and ready to work.
• Maintain uniform throughout the shift.
• Assist management with additional duties as assigned.
