Job summary

Premier ER & Urgent Care, an Intuitive Health company, seeks a Registered Nurse for a full-time float night position in Central Texas. You will provide comprehensive nursing care to acutely ill patients, triage, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across Woodway, Waco, and Temple.

The role requires Texas RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications, plus 2+ years in an emergency department. Generous shift differential and sign-on bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain a current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas (or compact license with the State of Texas).
• Current certification in BLS, ACLS, and PALS are required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an RN in an Emergency Department setting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Adheres to Texas Board of Nursing standards and Premier policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-focused nursing care to acutely ill or injured patients.
• Triages and prioritizes patient care based on acuity and resources.
• Collaborate with other disciplines for well-coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate documentation reflecting course of treatment.
• Comply with laboratory and safety procedures per policies.
