Responsibilities include greeting patients, managing records and orders, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked environment. The role emphasizes teamwork and patient-centered care across shifts.

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Greet and guide patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism, offering updates and support.
• Maintain patient records accurately, enter physician orders, and protect patient information.
• Coordinate communications between incoming calls and care team to keep the unit connected.
• Keep the environment clean, organized, and well-stocked to promote safety and comfort.
• Take initiative to solve challenges and support daily operations with teamwork.
