Job summary

Highpoint Health Sumner in Gallatin, TN is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Post Surgical/Ortho unit to deliver high-quality post-op care on a night shift. You will implement individualized plans of care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

A $15,000 sign-on bonus is offered. Join a team focused on patient wellbeing, using advanced technology to monitor recovery, educate patients and families, and facilitate smooth, timely discharges.

Qualifications

• State of Tennessee or Multi-State RN licensure required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree or RN Diploma in Nursing.
• BLS certification required; ACLS and PALS required within 6 months of hire.
• Handle with Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-surgical/ortho nursing care and plan-of-care interventions.
• Shape patient journeys using skilled assessments and care plans.
• Utilize hospital technology to monitor and improve patient wellbeing.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care on a high-paced unit.
