Freeman Health System in Missouri seeks an Advanced Practice Nurse (APRN) to provide primary care within their collaborative framework. The APRN will deliver health care services including diagnosis, treatment initiation, and pharmacotherapy under a physician’s collaborative practice agreement with MO licensure.

The role requires current Missouri APRN licensure as a Nurse Practitioner and a Missouri RN license (or a compact-state RN license).

Qualifications

• Missouri APRN licensure as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Current Missouri RN license or compact-state RN license.
• Active licensure must allow practice under MO Nurse Practice Act.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care per APRN's knowledge, judgment and education.
• Operate under a collaborative practice agreement with a physician licensed in Missouri.
• Diagnose and initiate treatment for acutely or chronically ill patients and manage medications.
