Jefferson Abington is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Emergency Trauma Center on the Night shift. The RN will apply the nursing process to address physical, psychological, and social needs of patients and families, develop plans of care, and collaborate with care partners across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN required; PA state RN license preferred
• Experience in acute care settings preferred
• Knowledge of nursing process and patient-centered care
• Ability to collaborate with inter-professional teams and families

Responsabilités

• Interact with patients and families to assess needs and develop individualized care plans
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective care
• Administer medications, monitor patient status, and document care
• Participate in safety, quality improvement, and educational activities
