Job summary

INTEGRIS Community Hospital is seeking a skilled ER/Tech professional to provide technical assistance and supportive patient care across assigned areas. You will collect data, perform lab testing, assist with patient activities, and help with admissions and discharges while ensuring safety and privacy.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED with medical training, current BLS, and preferred ACLS/PALS. Travel to facility locations may be required; strong teamwork a must.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with one of the listed medical training paths
• Current BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross
• Current ACLS/ALS certification in most markets
• Current PALS certifications are strongly preferred
• Experience with IV start, phlebotomy, and initiation of EKG is preferred

Responsibilities

• Collect, report, and document clinical data including vital signs and specimens
• Perform lab testing per policies and COLA/CLIA regulations
• Assist with patient activities per plan of care; provide superficial wound care
• Ensure patient safety and privacy; maintain aseptic technique and infection control
• Assist with admission, transfer, discharge of patients; travel to all facility locations as required
• Prepare patients for examinations and assist with procedures; maintain supplies and patient care areas
• Assist with restraints and emergencies; participate in staff meetings and other required duties

Medical Corpsman training or EMT-Paramedic/EMT-AEMT/LP program

EMT-B with ER experience OR nursing education year 1 OR ER Technician with 3+ years OR CNA with hospital exp

Active BLS certification

Active PALS certification (preferred)
