The Emergency Room Technician at Trinity Health provides non-licensed direct patient care under RN supervision, serving neonate to geriatric patients and supporting the healthcare team with patient, equipment, and supply care. Current BCLS and phlebotomy training are required, with one year of clinical experience

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of phlebotomy training within 6 months of hire.
• Current BCLS required.
• Phlebotomy proficiency preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Computer experience preferred.
• Minimum one year clinical setting experience; nursing assistant experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide non-licensed direct patient care under RN supervision for patients from neonate to geriatric.
• Assist the healthcare team by caring for patients, equipment and supplies; perform clerical and nursing support tasks.
• Support an efficient ER environment with patient safety and compassionate care during 12-hour day shifts.
