Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Preferred experience as Patient Care Tech, nursing assistant, or nursing student with one Adult Medical/Surgical course and hands-on clinical experience.
• Minimum of 1 year patient care experience in a health care environment or EMT certification.
• Within six months, pass online course modules, phlebotomy training and skills validation, and EKG training with 80% on tests (two attempts).
• Unit-specific training and competency demonstration must be completed within six months of employment.
