Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: Patient Care Tech, nursing assistant, or nursing student with one Adult Med/Surg course.
• Minimum 1 year of patient care experience or EMT certification.
• Within 6 months: complete online modules, phlebotomy, EKG training and skills validation.

Responsibilities

• Report to Nurse Manager and support under RN supervision.
• Perform multi-skilled tasks to support patient-centered care and outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with MUHA policies and safety standards.
