Job summary

Required: High School diploma, active Texas CNA/EMT/MA license or equivalent, current BLS, and strong communication skills. Experience in ED or hospital settings preferred; bilingual abilities a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Active Texas license such as CNA/EMT/MA required or preferred.
• BLS certification is required upon hire.
• Paramedic-related training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clinical team under RN supervision in patient care.
• Pre-triage, vital signs, and transport of patients.
• Perform phlebotomy, suctioning, and IV setup steps as directed.
• Maintain stock levels and organized charts in ED.
• Support admission, triage, and documentation processes.
• Provide clerical support and look up labs/radiology results.
• Ensures safe, compassionate environment and team collaboration.
