Job summary

Virginia Mason Franciscan Health is seeking an Emergency Room Tech to support the Emergency Department with delegated tasks from RNs and physicians. You will perform selected diagnostics, assist with patient transport, and provide clerical and cleaning support to maintain a safe, efficient unit.

Responsibilities include implementing the plan of care, monitoring vital signs, airway management, CPR, wound care, and assistance with activities of daily living.

Qualifications

• EMT/MA/CNA/LPN credentials or active nursing education program at hire.
• CPR/BLS certification required at hire.
• Evidence of ability to perform delegated clinical tasks.
• Experience in emergency department or acute care settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with plan of care under RN/physician direction.
• Perform delegated clinical procedures and vital signs.
• Support patient transport, lifting, and daily living activities.
• Maintain unit cleanliness and supply stocking.
