LifeBridge Health's Northwest Hospital is seeking a Nursing Assistant to support the Emergency Department team in delivering quality patient care. You will assist the RN with a range of duties, help monitor patient status, and contribute to safe, efficient department operations.

UNIT SUMMARY: The Emergency Department at Northwest Hospital currently sees over 60,000 patients per year and has 49 beds. The Emergency Department treats major and minor illnesses, typically related to cardiac, stroke and behavioral health. Additionally, staff may provide care for orthopedic injuries or minor trauma. Our rapid care area is designated for minor illnesses. Staff members are outgoing and positive and must utilize strong organizational and leadership skills to assess patient status and be able to effectively implement clinical nursing interventions to modify symptoms.

REQUIREMENTS:

Entry level knowledge; basic employment skills; High School diploma or GED equivalent

Pay Range: $20.00 to $27.29 Based On Experience
