Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of direct care experience or completion of CENA, PCT, MA or EMT course.
• Student nurses must have completed their nursing fundamentals class of a BSN program.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with ADLs: bathing, toileting, positioning, turning, transferring, ambulation, feeding and menu selection.
• Collect and send specimens (blood and blood cultures) and manage peripheral IV catheters.
• Record patient information and required data to meet documentation requirements.
• Support a 24-hour Emergency Department and hospital services.
