Job summary

MultiCare Health System is seeking an Emergency Services Technician to support patient care and assist with clinical procedures in off-campus ER settings across Washington. You will work within a collaborative team to ensure high-quality care and positive patient experiences.

The role requires WA CNA/NA-R/MA-P/EMT licensure, BLS and a commitment to safety and learning. Pay is competitive with opportunities for growth within the MultiCare network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current WA CNA/NA-R/MA-P/EMT licensure and BLS.
• MA-P required within 180 days of hire in most locations.
• Yakima location does not require MA-P.
• Previous emergency department/acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• You will assist in providing direct patient care as directed by health care practitioner.
• You will engage your critical thinking skills in maintaining a safe, therapeutic and aesthetic environment.
• You will utilize the nursing knowledge to deliver nursing care using the nursing process according to hospital policies.
• Collaborate with the team to improve quality of care, patient experience and cost reduction.
• Foster a learning environment for patients/families, nursing staff, and other health care team members.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting autonomy, dignity and health of diverse patients.
