Job summary

MultiCare Health System is seeking an Emergency Room Technician to join the Summit Team. You will perform essential technician duties for high-need ED patients while supporting region-wide flexibility, delivering care across multiple environments.

You will work within a regional float pool to provide consistent patient care and support across Puget Sound and Capital Pacific Regions. The role requires CNA/NA-R or equivalent emergency department experience within the last three years, Washington

Qualifications

• Experience as CNA/NA-R/corpsman/EMT or phlebotomist in emergency/acute care within last 3 years.
• Must hold Washington CNA/NA-R license or equivalent.
• Current MA-P certification or eligibility required; education completed within 60 days and application within 7 days of completion.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process per hospital policies and protocols.
• Collaborate with team to improve quality of care, patient experience, and cost outcomes.
