Job summary

BluePearl Tacoma is seeking a full-time ER Service Head to work with our ER clinicians, specialists, and leadership team in Tacoma, WA. The role offers an annual salary range of $180,000 to $250,000, plus up to $15,000 in annual stipend, with potential for a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.

The ideal candidate will hold a DVM, have completed an internship, and possess at least three years of ER experience, with leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• DVM from an accredited university.
• Internship completed.
• At least three years ER experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the schedule for all ER Clinicians, including PTO requests.
• Mentor ER Clinicians and new ER/ICU support staff.
• Oversee ER Clinician case management and provide guidance on decisions.
• Partner with hospital leadership to identify opportunities and implement new ER initiatives.
• Actively contribute to recruiting new Emergency Clinicians.
• Oversee capital purchases for ICU/ER department.
