Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled ER RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Sylva, North Carolina. As an ER RN, you will deliver rapid-response, high-quality care in a fast-paced ED, with a 12-hour night shift and 36 hours per week.

Requirements include one year of ER RN experience, an active RN license, BLS, ACLS, and either PALS or ENPC. TNCC/NIHSS are preferred. You’ll receive competitive pay, day-one benefits, and dedicated support from a clinical team.

Formación

• One year of ER RN experience.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ACLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current PALS (AHA / ARC) or ENPC Certification.

Responsabilidades

• Rapidly assess and triage patients upon arrival, prioritizing care based on the severity of their condition.
• Explain emergency procedures and treatments to patients and families.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved emergency nursing techniques and protocols.
• Prepare equipment and aid physicians during emergency treatments and examinations.
• Monitor patient comfort and safety throughout their time in the emergency department, responding to immediate needs.
• Document comprehensive nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EMR.
