Job summary

Scripps Mercy San Diego is seeking an Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time, 12-hour shifts at the Hillcrest/Scripps Mercy facility. The ED handles high volumes with a Level I Trauma Center, providing direct patient care within scope and offering incentives for new hires and relocation.

Eligible for incentives up to $7K. Responsibilities include assessing patients, planning and implementing care, and working with the Care Team to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active California RN license required.
• 1 year of experience in adult emergency services preferred.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan patient care, implement the plan, and evaluate progress.
• Take primary responsibility for patient care as delivered by the Care Team.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure optimal patient care.
