Job summary

TriStar Greenview Regional Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with physicians and the care team. The RN will assess pain, perform procedures, document care, respond to patient requests, and educate patients and families about conditions, treatments and follow-up.

This role requires 1+ year RN experience, ACLS and BCLS within specified timeframes, and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention training.

Qualifications

• 1+ year RN experience required.
• ACLS must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• BCLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with physicians and care team.
• Assesses patient pain and promotes effective pain management with reassessments after interventions.
• Performs procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered; documents care in the medical record.
• Responds promptly to patient requests and ensures timely care.
• Educates patients and families about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up measures.
