TriStar Centennial Medical Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across departments in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. You will advocate for patients and families while supporting our mission and values to drive exceptional clinical outcomes.

The role emphasizes pain management, prompt response to patient needs, thorough documentation, and patient education on conditions, treatments, and self-management

Qualifications

• 1+ years of RN experience required.
• ACLS must be obtained within 60 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• (RN) Registered Nurse
• Associate Degree, or Bachelors Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma

Responsabilités

• Assesses patient pain regularly to promote effective pain management, including reassessments after appropriate intervention.
• Performs procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical providers. Documents the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner.
• Performs exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests. Strives to anticipate patient needs and resolve them proactively.
• Teaches patients/families/caregivers about patient medical condition, patient status, treatment plan, medications and possible side effects, and follow-up measures. Translates complex medical terminology to ensure complete understanding.
• Teaches patients/families/caregivers about non-medicinal follow-up measures, such as healthy diet and exercise, disease prevention, and/or other lifestyle changes. Prepares patients and families/caregivers for future self-management.

Associate Degree, or Bachelors Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma
