Job summary

TriStar Greenview Regional Hospital in Bowling Green, KY is seeking Emergency Room Nurse PRN opportunities. The RN coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with the care team, following established nursing models and standards.

You will educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, medications, and follow-up care, while ensuring accurate documentation and prompt responsiveness to patient needs. This role requires flexibility for PRN shifts.

Qualifications

• 2+ ER RN experience required.
• ACLS must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• CPI must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
• PALS / Pediatric Advanced Life Support must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
• RN registered nurse license is required.
• Associate degree or RN diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high quality, patient-centered care.
• Document care in the patient medical record in a timely, thorough manner.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and proactively address needs.
• Educate patients/families/caregivers about condition, treatment, medications, and follow-up.
• Educate on non-medicinal follow-up measures and self-management.
