ExecuSource seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department in Fort Wayne, IN. This direct-hire role offers evenings shifts, a competitive pay range, and up to $10,000 sign-on plus relocation assistance.

You will provide high-quality ED nursing care, assess patients, coordinate with physicians, administer treatments, and document care accurately. Indiana RN license and CPR certification are required, with ICU or Med/Surg background preferred, and opportunities for professional

Qualifications

• ASN or BSN in Nursing is required.
• RN experience in an acute care setting is required.
• RN ICU or Med/Surg experience is preferred.
• Active Indiana RN license is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Additional certifications may be required based on department needs.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient care skills.
• Must meet the physical requirements of the position, including lifting up to 50 pounds and assisting with up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
• Assess, monitor, and respond to patients with varying levels of acuity.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and ensure compliance with clinical standards.
• Provide compassionate care and education to patients and their families.
