Job summary

CHI Mercy Health Valley City is seeking an Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. You will assess, plan, and implement patient care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

Requirements include ADN, ND RN license, and BLS/ACLS/PALS with TNCC within 12 months; BSN preferred and one year of experience is desirable. A $20,000 sign-on incentive is offered to eligible new hires.

Qualifications

• ADN required with ND RN licensure.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required; TNCC within 12 months.
• BSN preferred; 1 year in the discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify patient care requirements by establishing rapport with patients and initiating the plan of care.
• Provide emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients and families.
• Promote patient independence by teaching care goals, medications, and self-care skills.
