Job summary

Mercy Hospital Washington is seeking an experienced RN for the Emergency Department. You will provide direct patient care 36 hours per week with a 6:30am-7pm shift, in a 26-bed ED serving the community 24/7. Competitive sign-on bonus and day-one benefits accompany a supportive team.

Role requires ACLS/BLS, current RN license, and ability to lift 50 lbs. Live within 45 minutes of Washington MO and contribute to a high-quality, compassionate care environment.

Qualifications

• Current RN license (or compact license).
• Ability to push/pull/lift 50 lbs regularly.
• ACLS and BLS certifications (or within 30 days).
• Must live within 45 mins of Mercy Hospital Washington.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Evaluates overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
