HCA Florida Trinity Hospital in Trinity, FL is seeking an ER Registered Nurse (RN) to provide expert care in a fast-paced emergency department. You will deliver high-quality nursing care, triage, treat, and coordinate with the team to ensure timely patient flow.

The ideal candidate will hold a Florida RN license (or compact licensure), have an ASN or diploma, and possess ACLS/PALS/NIHSS certifications within set timeframes. BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold Florida RN license or appropriate compact license; active FL RN license within 60 days if compact.
• Nursing Diploma or ASN; BSN preferred.
• Experience in acute care setting strongly preferred.
• Current AHA BLS certification; ACLS and PALS/ENPC within 6 months of hire/transfer.
• NIHSS certification within 6 months of hire/transfer.

Responsibilities

• Manage efficient patient flow including triage, screening, preparation for exam, and arranging admissions.
• Instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment.
• Maintain and review patients' records, posting tests and results.
• Administer medications in accordance with physician orders.
