Methodist Hospital Northeast seeks an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse to coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with physicians and the care team to ensure safe, effective treatment across the patient’s stay.

You will need required state RN licensure and certifications (ACLS/BLS/TNCC or ENPC/PALS), with a minimum of six months RN experience.

Qualificações

• Active RN license in Texas or Multi-State Compact; license within 60 days of hire if needed.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma/AS/BSN).
• ACLS/BLS/TNCC or ENPC/PALS certifications within required timeframes.
• Minimum 6 months of clinical RN experience.

Responsabilidades

• Assess pain regularly and promote effective pain management with reassessments.
• Perform procedures and document care in the medical record.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs.
• Educate patients and families about condition, treatment, medications, and follow-up.
• Teach lifestyle changes and self-management to patients and caregivers.
